Papers and post-conference materials

1. The time of the presentation of the paper should not exceed 15 minutes.
2. There is a possibility of remote presentation of the papers (skype, prepared recording) – in this case the price list applies as in the case of participation with the presentation of the paper and publication of the chapter in the monograph.
3. Articles sent for publication are tantamount to the declaration that their are the original author’s materials, not published anywhere, which does not infringe the copyrights of third parties and has not been submitted for printing in another publishing house.
4. Papers submitted by participants will be published in Polish and English in peer-reviewed monographs corresponding to Level I, in accordance with the Regulation of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of December 17, 2019 on the list of publications publishing peer-reviewed scientific monographs and in the “Central European Institute Yearbook”. Publication scoring: 20 points for the chapter in the monograph, 70 points for the article according to the list of scientific journals of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of July 31, 2019. The decision to publish in the pages “Central European Institute Yearbook” belongs to the Scientific Committee of the Conference.
5. ALL SUBMITTED ARTICLES ARE SUBJECT TO REVIEW. Articles that do not receive a positive review WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR PRINTING.
6. A condition for publishing an English publication will be submitting the appropriate number of articles in this language.
7. The organizers reserve the right not to accept texts that do not meet the standards of scientific works, editorial principles given on the website: https://konferencjabezpieczenstwo.ujk.edu.pl/en/ editorial-requirements/ and texts that will receive a negative scientific review in the editorial process.
8. The organizers reserve the right to make editorial changes in the submitted works, including shortening the text.
9. The authors are asked not to include tables and drawings in the articles. Their placement is allowed only in justified cases, and the final decision on the legitimacy of their publication belongs to the Organizers.
10.  Please be careful – once sent, the article cannot be changed.
11. The authors do not receive remuneration for delivering papers and for printing them.
12. The monograph is expected to be issued in the IV quarter of 2020.
